Unun Design Studio Inc may provide photography, visual production, editing, public relations research, public opinion polling, audience research, survey development, analytical reporting, and related professional services.
Individual engagements may be established through a proposal, quotation, booking confirmation, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement that defines scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, revisions, licensing, client responsibilities, and any approved project expenses.
Clients agree to pay legitimate, authorized charges associated with their engagements according to the applicable payment schedule.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, required materials, access, permissions, and instructions reasonably required to perform the engagement.
Photography format, quantity, resolution, editing requirements, licensing, and delivery methods will be defined by the applicable agreement. Raw files are not included unless expressly stated.
Research findings reflect the methodology, sample, respondents, information, and conditions applicable to the engagement and do not guarantee future public behavior, commercial outcomes, or other results.
Ownership and licensing of photographs, reports, research materials, and other deliverables will be determined by the applicable service agreement and law.
Projects may involve third-party vendors, software, platforms, locations, contractors, or data providers. Applicable terms and approved costs may be governed by the project agreement.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable project-specific agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unun Design Studio Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, subject to applicable mandatory law.
