This policy applies to eligible professional services purchased directly from Unun Design Studio Inc. Because engagements may involve advance scheduling, creative preparation, equipment reservations, contractor commitments, research-platform expenses, data acquisition, travel, and other project-specific costs, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and written terms agreed before work begins.

Cancellation requests should be submitted to jorge.martinez@unundesignstudio.us and include the client name, project or invoice number, and reason for cancellation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the corresponding agreement, amounts attributable to photography, production, research, editing, consulting, or other services already performed may be non-refundable.
Where authorized by the client, projects may require equipment, studios, locations, contractors, travel, technology, research platforms, participant incentives, data, or other third-party resources. Authorized costs already incurred or contractually committed may be non-refundable where permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
